Smart Plants is a Norwegian company focused on enhancing production efficiency in factories through consulting services and a cloud-based SaaS solution.

Project Objective

As Smart Plants' Marketing Manager and Creative Producer, I oversaw the design and development of a new bilingual HubSpot website to support their growth and customer journey. This project involved creating a streamlined, dual-language site structure, developing impactful visual content, and implementing strategic automations to optimize lead generation and user engagement.

Project Scope

• Website Architecture Planning: Led the planning and organization of the site structure, defining essential pages, calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead capture forms based on competitor analysis and web strategy insights.

• Content Organization: Developed a structured layout for each page, serving as a foundation for creating and aligning content in both Norwegian and English.

• Template Selection: Selected and customized a suitable HubSpot template, tailored to meet Smart Plants' needs for a bilingual website.

• Custom Visual Design: Designed all additional pages and visual elements, including videos and graphics, to ensure brand consistency. Visuals were developed in alignment with brand guidelines, particularly for the homepage.

• HubSpot Development: Built the entire website on HubSpot, adapting the selected theme, creating custom sections, and setting up lead forms, landing pages, and a blog in both languages to enhance engagement and lead capture.

• Automated Workflows: Implemented automated workflows within HubSpot to streamline CRM processes and enhance lead management, improving marketing efficiency.

• GDPR Compliance: Designed and implemented a GDPR-compliant banner, ensuring full adherence to data privacy regulations.
