ClevAir is a Norwegian company specializing in automation and optimization of HVAC systems in commercial buildings.

Note: While I developed the ClevAir website on HubSpot, I have not been responsible for its maintenance since 2022, so there may be occasional discrepancies or updates that I am not aware of.


Project Objective:

As Marketing Manager and Creative Producer at ClevAir from 2016 to 2023, I was responsible for driving the company's marketing strategy alongside the CMO.

My role spanned across multiple phases of ClevAir's growth, including the coordination of a brand refresh, the development of a HubSpot website, and the implementation of CRM and CMS automations. I also led the creation of all visual content, aligning with the new branding to communicate ClevAir's value proposition effectively.


Project Scope:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborated with the CMO to define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, focusing on digital transformation, brand positioning, and customer engagement.

  2. Branding Coordination: Oversaw the coordination of the company's rebranding efforts, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.

  3. Website Planning & Development: Led the planning and structure of the new website, ensuring it aligned with ClevAir's marketing goals. I then designed and developed the site using HubSpot, optimizing it for lead generation and user experience.

  4. CRM & CMS Automations: Designed and implemented automated workflows within HubSpot to enhance CRM processes, streamline content management, and improve lead nurturing efforts.

  5. Visual Content Creation: Produced all visual content for ClevAir, including videos, graphics, and presentations, following the company’s rebranding guidelines to ensure a cohesive and modern brand identity.

  6. Tutorial Series Development: Identified essential tutorials to support customer understanding of ClevAir’s product. Developed a series of tutorial videos, including scriptwriting, dashboard recording, editing, and adding animations and captions, to create clear, engaging instructional content.
