Smart Plants is a Norwegian company that empowers factories with a cloud-based SaaS platform for optimized production.

Project Objective

As Smart Plants’ Marketing Manager and Creative Producer, I worked to develop a strong digital presence that communicates the company’s value to its target audience. My role spanned from defining the marketing strategy and website planning to executing the website build, creating multilingual support, and optimizing social media presence to build audience engagement.


Project Scope

  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborated with key stakeholders to build a comprehensive marketing strategy. Defined buyer personas, mapped customer journeys, and clarified the value proposition to support Smart Plants' business goals.

  2. Website Planning & Development: Conducted competitor analysis to guide site structure and content. Selected and customized a HubSpot template, designing custom sections, implementing GDPR compliance, and enabling multilingual functionality for English and Norwegian.

  3. Presentation Design: Developed concept and design for investor and customer presentations, creating visually compelling slides that effectively communicate Smart Plants’ value proposition, product benefits, and market potential.

  4. Visual & Content Management: Produced and published engaging visual content and text posts on LinkedIn to increase audience engagement, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

  5. Multilingual Coordination: Led the translation and implementation of a bilingual website, expanding accessibility for diverse market audiences.
